A Menu Rooted in the Farm
We hope this dinner will be the first of many memorable evenings around our table. We are thrilled to welcome feature chef Peter Wannis, who has created a menu inspired by the season and the farm itself. Many of the vegetables will come directly from our gardens, and our own pasture raised chicken and duck will also make their way onto the menu, celebrating simple, fresh ingredients at their very best.
